Annual Dialysis Conference in Rancho Mirage, California is seeking an additional nephrologist to join an established practice known for clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and strong regional referrals. The position encompasses outpatient, inpatient, dialysis, and transplant care within a supportive team.

You will share in balanced clinical rotation, manageable call, and a pathway to partnership with a competitive compensation package, benefits, and potential equity participation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board eligible or board certified in Nephrology.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Current unrestricted California medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• ABIM Pathway E not available for this candidate.
