Job summary

North Florida Nephrology Associates in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified nephrologist to join an established team. The practice offers immediate patient base, autonomy, and a strong work-life balance with inpatient and outpatient rotations across two hospitals.

The candidate should have MD/DO, completed nephrology fellowship, and an active Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board-eligible or board-certified in nephrology.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship.
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care with autonomy over clinical decisions and scheduling.
• Collaborate with APP team and hospital staff; cover two hospitals as part of the rotation.
• Engage in partnership track with long-term earning potential and investment options.
