You'll join a collaborative team of 16 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers, with strong clinical support and opportunities for medical directorship and leadership.

Join a well-established, physician-led nephrology practice serving the greater Albuquerque community. With a large team of experienced nephrologists and advanced practice providers, this opportunity offers comprehensive clinical support, a diverse patient population, and the resources of an established practice while maintaining a collaborative culture.

Position Highlights

• Full-spectrum nephrology practice with a strong, established patient base
• Provide care across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers
• In-center and growing home dialysis program
• Transitional Care Unit
• Practice supports 21 dialysis units and 12 hospitals
• Five practice locations with sites generally within a manageable geographic area
• Collaborative team of 16 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers
• Partnership opportunity within 1 year
• Medical directorship opportunities available
• Vascular access center within the practice network

Strong Team & Clinical Support

You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team with extensive infrastructure to support high-quality patient care.

• 23 physician extenders providing clinical support
• Established home dialysis program
• Dedicated support for CKD and ESRD patients
• Strong dialysis infrastructure and care coordination
• Opportunity to participate in a practice focused on comprehensive kidney care and long-term patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $270,000-$330,000 annually, based on experience
