Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in the Kansas City metro is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Nephrologist to join a physician-led private practice with multiple locations and a collegial team.

The role features a 4.5 day workweek, 1:6 weekday call, a two-year partnership track, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, profit sharing, generous PTO (5 weeks rising to 6), and health, dental, vision, malpractice and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible nephrologist preferred.
• Experience in private practice setting is a plus.
• Strong relationships in the medical community advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology care to patients in a private-practice setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in 1:6 weekday call and uphold the two-year partnership track.
