Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatologists to join Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX. The Level III NICU handles 3,000+ births annually, with 24/7 NNP support and regional transport capabilities.

This W-2 position offers per diem compensation with travel and lodging expenses covered for out-of-area clinicians, along with comprehensive malpractice tail coverage. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians with an active Texas license and at least one year of

Per Diem Neonatologists needed!!!! - Las Palmas Medical Center

Per Diem NEO's needed in Las Palmas Medical Center

• Las Palmas Medical Center is a level III NICU with 3,000+ births annually
• As regional market leaders, our Level-III and Level-IV units include transports, surgical services and sub-specialty support
• Our neonatologists are supported by a strong team of experienced NNPs 24/7
• 14,000 deliveries across 7 facilities
• This is an opportunity to work at a facility which is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPS), or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP).

• Board Certified or Board Eligable
• Active TX license
• Minimum 1 year of experience post fellowship

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2.
