Nemours Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Neonatologist (Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine) to join the NICU team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Osceola, FL. The role supports teaching Nemours residents and University of Central Florida medical students in a large, collaborative program.

The 18-bed level III NICU delivers ~1,200 births annually and is integrated with Nemours and UCF, offering faculty appointments and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Experience teaching residents and medical students is expected.
• Strong collaboration with NICU team and university partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical care in a busy level III NICU.
• Teach and mentor Nemours residents and University of Central Florida students.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and APPs for patient management.
