UP Health System-Marquette in Marquette, MI, is seeking a Neonatologist for a 100% inpatient, Employed position in a Level III A NICU. You will round and manage daily census, collaborate with two NNPs, and participate in teaching Michigan State University medical students and residents.

The role emphasizes a collegial, supportive environment, flexible scheduling with partners, and access to Cerner and Paragon EMRs to coordinate care for critically ill neonates.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neonatology preferred; Board Eligible acceptable.
• NRP Certification required.
• Experience with neonatal resuscitation and critical care procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Round and manage daily census.
• Take first call at night with NNPs.
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III A NICU.
• Coordinate with transport teams and subspecialists.
• Teach MSU medical students and residents.
