Job summary

Aura Health seeks a Neonatologist to provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU within a regional perinatal center in New Jersey. You will manage a high patient load, guiding a team of seven physicians and contributing to program development and leadership.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Neonatology required or preferred.
• Experience with advanced therapies in the NICU.
• Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU within a regional perinatal center.
• Manage an average of 13 patients daily, supporting approximately 400+ NICU admissions annually.
• Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Participate in a collaborative team of seven physicians, contributing to program development and leadership.
• Offer flexible scheduling with a combination of in-house coverage, day shifts, and home call.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and students to foster a culture of learning.
