Pediatrix Medical Group invites a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join the Orlando Health South Lake Hospital team in Clermont, FL, to help staff a brand-new NICU.

This role offers a collaborative care model with NNPS and pediatric hospitalists, rotation through Level IV NICU, and competitive compensation with sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible neonatologist with NICU experience.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to rotate through Level II NICU and Level IV NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a brand-new Level II NICU.
• Coordinate with NNPs and pediatric hospitalists.
• Participate in a rotating on-call coverage model.
