We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is part of a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.
We are looking for physicians who are not only passionate about neonatal care but also interested in building a long-term future within our program.
