Job summary

Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore seeks a Respiratory Care Professional to join the Pediatric Respiratory Care Department. You will provide specialized pediatric respiratory care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in NICU, PICU, and ECMO settings.

This role offers full-time, part-time or per diem opportunities with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care required.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and recommend interventions for cardiopulmonary patients.
• Administer therapies: medical gas, humidity, aerosol, hyperinflation, bronchial hygiene.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement tailored care plans.
