Cynet Health is seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Neonatology for a Level IV NICU with 56 beds in Hershey, PA. The Advanced Practice Provider will oversee daily patient care with a collaborative medical team.

Night and weekend shifts are preferred, with about six shifts per month; daily day shifts run 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role requires expertise in PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, LPs and intubations, with transport experience required.

Qualificações

• PA license preferred; open to candidates who have started the PA application process.
• Skills in managing neonatal airway and vascular access procedures.
• Experience in high-acuity neonatal care settings is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily neonatal care for high-acuity patients in a Level IV NICU.
• Manage approximately 10 patient encounters per shift.
• Collaborate with the medical team and complete thorough documentation for all services.
• Block time effectively for scheduling; participate in night and weekend shifts as needed.
