Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or BS and comparable clinical experience.
• Active New Jersey pharmacy license.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy in NICU/Pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care according to professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.
• Supports Drug Use Evaluations and education for providers and staff.
• Participates in medication safety initiatives and guideline development.
• Develops and maintains monitoring criteria for NICU/Pediatrics patients.
• Represents the Pharmacy Dept. in system-wide committees as needed.
