Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients’ abilities, create individualized plans, and deliver skilled therapy. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to promote recovery and independence at every stage of healing.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes, while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• OT–Occupational Therapist role identified.
• Bachelor’s Degree required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then developing individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes.
