SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO is recruiting a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (0.9 FTE) for its Level IV NICU. The NICU team collaborates on complex neonatal care and will involve rotating to the Level III NICU for high-risk deliveries.

Expect a 3x12s schedule with rotating days and nights, plus shared weekend/holiday coverage. Candidates must be NCC-certified NNPs, with current Missouri RN and APRN licenses; pediatric acute care NP experience is

Qualifications

• NNP certification from NCC required.
• Pediatric acute care NP experience considered.
• Active Missouri RN and APRN licenses required.

Responsabilités

• Work primarily in Level IV NICU; rotate to Level III NICU for high-risk deliveries.
• Typical schedule is 3x12s per week with day/night rotations (6 am–6:30 pm and 6 pm–6:30 am).
• Weekend and holiday shifts shared; presently 3–4 weekends per 4-week cycle, moving toward six-week cycle.
