Pediatrix is looking for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team at Tanner Medical Center, a Level‑III NICU facility in Carrollton, Georgia. This role involves providing clinical coverage for a 10-bed NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births and assisting in a 20-bed newborn unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical coverage for a Level‑III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births.
- Assist in a 20‑bed newborn unit with daily NNP support.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and other healthcare staff.
- Work a schedule of 16‑ and 24‑hour shifts.
- Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to families.
