Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• National certification as an NNP.
• Previous NICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care for Level III NICU patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage critically ill and premature newborns.
• Attend deliveries, including high-risk deliveries and C-sections.
• Perform neonatal assessments, stabilization, and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to urgent neonatal situations and maintain EMR documentation.
• Educate and support families throughout the NICU stay.
