Job summary

BAS HealthCare is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Neonatology in Panama City, FL. You will be part of a leading healthcare network providing exceptional neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU environment, supporting around 2,700 annual deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and current APRN certification, with a commitment to evidence-based neonatal care. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible 24-hour scheduling for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Florida APRN License or eligibility to obtain required.
• Neonatal/NICU clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU environment.
• Manage an average daily NICU census of approximately 19 patients.
• Deliver acute NICU care for critically ill neonates.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations.
• Exercise strong clinical judgment and autonomous NNP decision-making.
