• Documents services for interdisciplinary review and quality assurance
• Collaborates with colleagues and the clinical director; supervises support staff
• Mentors NP students, fellows, residents, and other learners
• Maintains knowledge of state/federal regulations and practice guidelines
• Ensures smooth transitions of patient care across services and settings
