Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our growing neonatal teams. You will work across Level II community NICUs and Level III high-acuity NICUs, with the ability to tailor your schedule.

New graduates welcome; we offer mentorship, a structured transition to independent practice, and opportunities for broad clinical exposure across East Valley sites, including Banner facilities.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master's degree.
• Open to new graduate candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal patient care in Level II and Level III NICUs with autonomy.
• Design a customized practice mode across Level II and Level III settings.
• Manage patient populations in community-level NICUs with mentorship for new grads.
• Coordinate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.

• Practice exclusively in our community-based Level II NICUs or work in our high-acuity Level III NICUs
• Create a hybrid schedule with exposure to both Level II and Level III settings
• Group shifts together with flexible scheduling options, including 24 and 48-hour shifts

Community Level II NICU Opportunities:

• Manage your own patient population while working autonomously at the extent of your training
• Ideal for NNPs who enjoy autonomy and practicing in community-based settings.

Benefits and Compensation

Starting Pay Range (Base Pay): $122,000-$164,000.
