Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for its Level I/II neonatal practice at MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Northeast. The role leverages Telehealth to partner with MUSC Physicians in Charleston, SC, delivering exceptional newborn care.

You will attend high-risk deliveries and develop individualized care plans, working in a 40-hour week with 7 shifts monthly.

Qualifications

• NP/NNP: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
• PA path requires completed Physician Assistant program and SC licensure eligibility.
• 3-5 years of Neonatal ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care.
• Develop and implement individualized infant care plans.
• Collaborate in real-time with neonatology specialists via Telehealth.
• Make autonomous, informed decisions and communicate with off-site physicians.
