This role involves providing critical neonatal care with a 24/7 inpatient schedule and various responsibilities from patient assessment to advanced procedures. Candidates should possess a Master's degree, appropriate licensure, and preferably 1 year of clinical NICU experience. Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate degree required.
• Must be Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or similar with NICU residency certification.
• Prefer at least 1 year of clinical experience in a level 3 or 4 NICU.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs assessment.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies.
• Provides treatment and manages health conditions.
• Documents healthcare processes according to standards.
• Attends high-risk deliveries and manages critical needs.
