Mercy Hospital — W Memorial Rd in Newcastle, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neonatal ICU PRN position. The incumbent will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, and BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Education must be an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure required and current in hiring state or compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or will need to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
