FMOLHS Jackson seeks a Registered Nurse PRN Premium for the Neonatal ICU (Days). Coordinates patient care with the health care team, teaches and plans discharge, and ensures safety and privacy. Reports to Nurse Manager. Requires RN license in MS and BLS.

Responsibilities include administering meds, charting, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining infection control and quality standards in a fast-paced NICU setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of patients on the unit.
• Initiates and implements patient care plan.
• Maintains acceptable standards of patient care.
• Assists in reviewing and revising policies and procedures.
