Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active licensure in Texas
• 1 year of RN experience preferred in NICU or critical care
• BLS and NRP required upon hire; NLC license compact encouraged

Responsibilities

• Perform and document nursing assessments with age-appropriate care
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and families
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning
• Adhere to hospital policies and evidence-based practice
