Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a RN-Staff/Clinical Nurse for the Neonatal ICU on the Women’s and Families Campus. This 36-hour, night-flex position runs from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and requires applying the nursing process, collaboration with families, and coordination with the health care team.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, PA RN license, BLS, and a multi-state compact license; BSN preferred and 1 year NICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in NICU or relevant clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License Required.
• Basic Life Support Required.
• Multi State Compact RN License Required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned NICU patients under physician direction.
• Collaborate with patient/family, peers, and health care team to individualize care.
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
