The RN will assess, monitor, and manage complex neonatal conditions, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate closely with neonatologists and an expert interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active RN license
• Experience in neonatal care or NICU is preferred
• Ability to advocate for families and provide patient-family education

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill and premature neonates across NICU units
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary team
