Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Support Associate (Nursing Assistant) to join our neonatal care teams in Minneapolis. The role supports the Special Care Nursery, Infant Care Center and Neonatal ICU, providing safe patient care under licensed staff and maintaining equipment per unit standards.

Requirements include completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Proficient with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care as delegated by licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain equipment and supplies per unit standard.
• Support neonatal units including Special Care Nursery and Infant Care Center.
