Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Neonatal Acute Care Practitioner to join the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center NICU in Johnstown, PA. This Level 3 NICU role offers advanced neonatal care within a collaborative team and an Epic EMR environment.

Qualifications

• NNP or Neonatal PA required.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
• NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced neonatal procedures, including intubations, lumbar punctures, and line placements.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, respiratory therapists, and therapists to provide high-acuity neonatal care.
• Works in a 16-bed, Level 3 NICU in a hospital setting.
• Participate in patient transport flights as needed.

Neonatal APP – Level 3 NICU

DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is currently seeking a neonatal APP to join our experienced and collaborative team in our 16-bed, Level 3 NICU.

Position Highlights:

• Hospital-based role in a well-established NICU
• Collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NNPs, RNs, respiratory therapists, and speech/occupational therapists
• Perform advanced neonatal procedures, including intubations, lumbar punctures, and line placements
• 12 or 24-hour shifts available
• EPIC electronic medical records system in use
• Opportunity to provide high-acuity neonatal care in a supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Neonatal PA
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Experience in a NICU setting preferred
• Must successfully complete and maintain clearance for a flight transfer physical and participate in patient transport flights as part of the role.
