Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Section of Neonatology at CHaD in Lebanon, NH seeks a per diem Advanced Practice Provider to join a team of Neonatal NPs, PAs and neonatologists staffing a 30-bed Level III NICU.

The APP will provide care across neonatal illnesses, attend high-risk deliveries, lead resuscitations, and supervise transport teams; reports to Director of Neonatal APPs and Section Chief of Neonatology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program.
• National specialty certification as an Acute Care ANP, Acute Care PNP or NNP; or NCCPA certification.
• Eligible for RN licensure in NH (APRNs only) and APRN/PA licensure in NH; eligible for Federal DEA Registration; BLS, ACLS, PALS and/or NRP as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for a caseload of neonatal patients across acute/critical to intermediate and chronic care.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and serve as team leader in neonatal resuscitations.
• Lead neonatal transports as part of the care team.
