America West Medical Transportation is seeking an NEMT Driver to transport wheelchair and stretcher patients in a fully equipped vehicle. The role may involve working solo or with a teammate depending on assignments.

You will operate independently, ensure safe transport to and from service locations, and proficiently use company software. Exceptional customer service and willingness to be on-call are essential.

Formación

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum 3 years professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 point.
• Must pass drug test and health screening (TB skin test and/or TB chest x-ray).
• Must pass a physical agility test.
• Able to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive to multiple locations.
• Professional conduct and appearance.
• Ability to use apps and electronic devices.

Responsabilidades

• Independently run medical transportation operations in a company vehicle.
• Ensure patients are transported safely from home to service location and returned home safely.
• Utilize company transportation software.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Assume on-call responsibilities.
• Effectively communicate with leadership.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
