Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from dialysis and medical appointments
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
• Maintain a clean and well‑functioning vehicle.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Document and report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a NEMT or similar role
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges
• Knowledge of the Daly City/San Francisco area and surrounding communities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients
• Can lift 25‑50lbs
