Job summary

Happier At Home is seeking an in-home senior caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients' residences. You will help with daily activities, offer companionship, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, along with a background check and drug screening. This role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement to support caregivers in Iowa.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation for clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as applicable.
