Happier At Home in Tripoli, IA is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for local seniors in their homes. Pay is $16-$18 per hour, with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

You will offer companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation support, while maintaining dignity and independence for clients. A valid driver's license and 1 year of caregiving experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience or more.
• Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Give medication reminders as needed.
• Assist with daily activities and errands including transportation.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisors.
