Must Have Skills:

• 8+ years hands‑on Java Development in a web services environment
• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ developers
• 3+ years of work experience in an Agile Scrum team
• Core Java
• Strong J2EE in XML, JMS, JAX-WS, CXF
• Spring Framework
• Strong understanding of OOP & SOA Design Patterns
• Java concurrency, concurrency patterns
• Experience building thread‑safe code
• JUnit/Mockito, Cucumber
• Experience with IDEs such as RAD/Eclipse
• Experience building REST and SOAP web services
• Experience with MQ SQL/PL‑SQL in DB2, MySQL
• Experience with ORM tools such as iBatis and Hibernate
