Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across the United States. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, with the option to work remotely most of the time.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BCBAs and technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
