Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians to support meaningful clinical progress. Eligible for Nebraska licensure, a Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, and experience with autism or

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain licensure is required.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
