Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows mostly remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. Compensation up to $90/hour, negotiable based on experience, with licensure support through the LBA Expansion Program.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst (BCBA preferred).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
