SCC Inspection Company in Great Falls, MT is seeking an experienced NDT Technician Level II to perform MT, PT, UT, and PAUT inspections across various materials. You will follow procedures, report findings, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, mentoring junior technicians, and traveling to operating locations as required, with per diem for overnight travel. ASNT/EN ISO 9712 compliance is preferred.

Formación

• Level II NDT certification in MT, PT, UT and PAUT per industry standards (ASNT, EN ISO 9712).
• Minimum 3 years of NDT experience with MT, PT, UT and PAUT.
• Ability to interpret test results and generate reports.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and PAUT.
• Inspect materials and components to detect discontinuities or defects.
• Follow testing procedures to ensure accurate results and reliable reports.
• Interpret results and prepare detailed inspection reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment and ensure safety protocols.
