Insight Global in Washington State is seeking experienced Level II NDT Technicians to perform ultrasonic testing (UT) and/or eddy current testing (ET) on complex aerospace structures and components for a high-profile defense program. Ideal candidates hold UT/ET Level II certifications, with documented NDT training and hands-on inspection experience in aerospace or related industries.
Reading engineering drawings, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency are essential.
Current or previous Level II/III certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET)
Documented NDT training, certification records, and/or on-the-job training hours
Experience performing inspections within aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or related industries
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
NAS410 and/or ASNT certification experience
3+ years of NDT/NDI experience
Experience with automated inspection systems and digital inspection technologies
Experience inspecting aerospace structures, composite materials, or metallic components
Additional NDT certifications such as RT, PT, MT, or other methods
Experience reviewing inspection trends and supporting root cause investigations

Ultrasonic Testing (UT): $53-$58/hr

We are seeking experienced Level II NDT Technicians to support a high-profile aerospace and defense manufacturing program. This role offers the opportunity to perform advanced non-destructive testing on complex aerospace structures and components utilizing industry-leading inspection technologies in a highly regulated production environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET), strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Perform Level II non-destructive inspections utilizing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET)
Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized NDT inspection and measurement equipment
Inspect aerospace structures, assemblies, and components to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Analyze inspection data and determine product acceptance or rejection criteria
Document test results, inspection findings, and non-conformance reports
Identify and communicate quality concerns, adverse trends, and inspection anomalies
Support corrective actions and process improvement initiatives
Work with digital, automated, and advanced inspection technologies
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians when applicable
Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards
Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and airborne particles within permissible safety limits
Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, and work in various physical positions
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Availability to support overtime, weekends, or variable shifts as required
