Job summary

Keel is seeking an NDT Level III Inspector to act as the technical authority for nondestructive testing programs across facilities. You will establish inspection methodologies, interpret codes and standards, and ensure regulatory and customer compliance while supporting quality assurance and failure investigations.

The role oversees NDT program development, qualification, and certification activities, with emphasis on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced technical knowledge in nondestructive testing with formal training and certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience preferred.
• Must have ASNT NDT Level III certification in at least 1 of VT, MT, PT or UT.
• Mil-Std 1688, 1689, 271, and 2035 experience; CWI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes inspection methodology and interprets codes and specifications for NDT programs.
• Validates inspection system effectiveness and ensures regulatory and customer compliance across facilities.
• Develops, qualifies, and oversees NDT programs to ensure integrity and safety of materials and structures.
• Trains and certifies Level I/II personnel and conducts audits for process improvement.
