Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on NAS-410 Level II NDT Technician to perform fluorescent PT, wet MT, and contact UT inspections across aerospace and submarine weldments. The role collaborates with Level III and cross-functional teams to maintain NADCAP-compliant programs, document results, and train Level I personnel on-site.

Candidates must hold NAS-410 Level II certification in at least one method, pass Jaeger J-1 vision tests, lift up to 50 pounds, and be a U.S.

Qualifications

• NAS-410 Level II qualification in PT, MT, or UT.
• Experience setting up, calibrating, and interpreting NDT equipment.
• Knowledge of NDT codes, specs, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to pass Jaeger J-1 color perception tests and lift up to 50 pounds.
• U.S. citizenship required for defense program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and standardize NDT equipment.
• Process and inspect components per procedures and standards.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results for acceptance or rejection.
• Document inspection findings and maintain quality records.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Level I personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering, welding, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Maintain familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
