Job summary

Southern Tool Inspection is seeking NDT certified inspectors with MT and PT experience to inspect downhole tubular goods. The role involves working on-site at Oklahoma City facilities, visiting rig sites and pipeyards, and preparing tools for inspection teams.

Requirements include Level II certification, ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check, plus high school diploma. Health insurance and a 401K plan are provided as part of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Level II Inspector with MT & PT certifications and hours logged.
• Experience inspecting downhole tools, ideally in oilfield settings.
• Must pass drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect downhole tubulars and tools at customer sites and yards.
• Clean and prep tools for inspectors and customers.
• Travel to rig sites, facilities, and pipeyards as required.
