Job summary

RTX looks for a Non-Destructive Testing Level 3 Subject Matter Expert to support Middletown, CT operations. You will audit and certify NDT processes, provide technical guidance, and oversee inspection systems to drive improvements across units.

The role focuses on supporting the Middletown facility with NDT methods such as Etch, FPI, ECI, and X‑Ray, and requires potential certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years NDT experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years.
• Ability to gain P&W NDT Level 3 certification in an applicable method upon hiring.
• Experience with training, personnel testing and auditing NDT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT audits and certifications and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee inspection systems and drive process improvements.
• Support Middletown, CT facility and related business units.
