Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a NDT Level II professional in RT/DR/UT/PT at the Canoga Park, CA facility. The role focuses on advancing to Level III certifications and supporting daily NDT operations at the site.

Ideal candidate holds a Level II certificate with NAS410 experience hours and can provide evidence of meeting certification requirements. Onsite work and a strong adherence to AR-Los Angeles specifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related quality experience; graduate degree with 4 years; or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Must meet NAS-410 Level III requirements per table 5.
• Experience with aerospace NDT practices and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier NDT technique sheets for AR-Los Angeles spec conformance and generate reports.
• Manage site NDT supplier base and audit sub-tiers for compliance.
• Provide training and testing to Level I and II personnel.
• Develop and approve NDT techniques and related specifications.
• Support customer and internal audits and corrective action reviews.
