Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an agile NDT Engineering Technician to work in Culpeper, VA. The role involves setting up and operating radiographic inspection equipment (DR/CT) and interpreting radiographs to identify subsurface and surface defects.

You will use efX-CT, efX-DR, ImageJ, and VG StudioMax software, and collaborate with engineering. A HS diploma with relevant experience is required; travel and security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents to interpret procedures.
• Experience with radiographic inspection methods and software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate radiographic inspection equipment (DR/CT) to inspect parts and assemblies.
• Interpret digital and film radiographs and report findings clearly.
• Follow QC standards and participate in auditing and SPC verification.
• Mentor lower level technicians and communicate with engineering.
