Job summary

Stark Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections across the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with Stark Quality Procedures, work instructions and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting results, issuing nonconformances, supporting QA audits, and mentoring production staff on quality practices. Travel may be required; strong knowledge of measurement tools and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years in an environment with a documented quality management system.
• Two years of production inspection experience or related work.
• Understanding of engineering documents, drawings, standards and quality requirements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials according to Stark procedures, work instructions and customer requirements.
• Approve in-process production and communicate adjustments to production supervisor.
• Perform in-process inspections using NDT inspection methods.
• Approve finished products and issue COC's; return products for re-work as needed.
• Document inspection results and input data into the quality database.
