Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an NDT support technician in the Houston, TX area to assist with setup and operation of NDT equipment, prep surfaces, take readings, and document locations. You will work under the NDT Technician, lifting up to 50 lbs and may work nights or weekends. A 40-hour Radiation course and TWIC card are required. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be local to the Houston, TX area.
• 40 hour Radiation course is required.
• TWIC Card required.
• 40–50 hour per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• General NDT assistance at times.
• Set up and break down NDT equipment and inspection areas.
• Carry, clean, organize, and maintain testing equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for testing
• Take measurements or readings under the NDT Technician's direction.
• Help document inspection locations and results
