Acuren is seeking NDE Level II Technicians to support our operation in Longview, Washington. Local candidates in Longview, WA or surrounding areas are preferred.

You will set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment, perform tests to detect defects, interpret results, and report findings while adhering to safety regulations. This role offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Certified Level II is required or preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment and the ability to interpret inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination and ensure safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections; may instruct and supervise others.
