Job summary

Root Whole Body in NW Portland, OR is seeking a Naturopathic Physician/ Licensed Acupuncturist (ND/LAc) to deliver relationship-centered care and build a loyal patient base. This full-time role reports to the CEO and offers a revenue-share contract and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Oregon with 3–5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or related specialties, and credentialed with major insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed ND and LAc in Oregon.
• Credentialed with major insurance plans.
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience in primary care and/or specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver naturopathic and acupuncture-based care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating natural medicine, acupuncture, supplements, and lifestyle therapies.
• Build and retain a strong patient base through excellent care and community engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, whole-body care.
• Participate in educational content, community events, and clinic marketing efforts.
